Frank has spent his entire professional career in the computer industry. Upon graduating high school, he was accepted into a management training program where he attended college at night and worked in the data processing department of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
After working as a computer programmer and systems analyst, he co-founded Lawtrac Development Corporation in 1984. The company developed the first PC-based software product focused on assisting in-house law departments to manage litigation, contracts, and legal expenses. Frank sold Lawtrac to a private-equity firm in 2014. At the time of the sale of his company, Lawtrac was used by over 100 major corporations in 22 countries around the world.
In 2016, he co-founded Nonprofit Sector Strategies, PBC, along with his partner Christine Deska. Their idea was to combine Christine’s expertise in the nonprofit community with his multi-decade experience in computer software. The company’s signature product, BellesBoard, is a board management software solution and mobile app that grows nonprofit boards’ efficiency, engagement and fundraising.
